The national minimum wages has increased as of 01/010/2013
New rates from 01 October 2013:
- £6.31 per hour for workers aged 21 and over – a rise of 12p
- £5.03 per hour for 18-20 year olds – a rise of 5p
- £3.72 per hour for workers above school leaving age but under 18 – a rise of 4p
- £2.68 per hour for apprentices – a rise of 3p
