Payroll Options was formed in 1991 by our four founding Directors. Their aim from the outset was to simplify the process of accurately paying employees. They came from a technical data processing and payroll backgrounds and used this knowledge to create systems to ensure the accuracy of our work and robustness of our systems.
We consider our method of inputting payroll information to be unique as at all times two people independently process each payroll. Once the information is checked any data discrepancies will come to light so they can be corrected. This means we are able to fulfil our aim to process payrolls correctly first time, meaning the payroll will not need to be re-run. This reliability of service not only reflects well on us but also on our clients through their employees eyes.
We try to provide a service which requires minimal payroll knowledge by our clients. Such clients are able to operate their payrolls by simply notifying us of any changes which may affect the payroll.
Payroll Options now process approximately 500 payrolls producing about 30,000 payslips a month for companies with one employee to those with over 2,000 employees.
